Originating from Long Beach, California Founded by Adel Gutierrez she had managed to bring the Aloha flavors and became very successful capturing the entire experience making it one of a kind.

WHAT IS HAWAIIAN FOOD?

Hawaiian cuisine is made up of two parts. Hawaiian Cuisine of first settlers where they first discovered the beautiful Hawaii and incorporates the plants, animals and the use of seaweed that is surrounding them and cooking with traditional techniques. Secondly the immigrants coming over to work over at the pineapple plantation and sugar cane. Over the span of years the Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Filipino, Puerto Rican Bringing their tradition, culture and food.
